"I made reservatioms for 2 people And I paid for 2 people.. I checked in 1st and my boyfriend was supposed to check in afterwards when he arrived. When I told the front desk that my boyfriend was arriving the guy at the front desk asked me if we were married. I said no and he said my boyfriend could not join me in my room unless we were married. There was nothing in the reservation rules that indicated that guests had to be married if staying in the same room. This should have been made...

"Dirty, disgusting room. The housekeeping tidy the bed only without changing the beddings nor cleaning the room. They even don’t clean the sink or the shower. The shower drain was blocked which turned our shower time into a terrible experience. The curtains were dirty and disgusting. I had to wash my hands each time I touch it. The breakfast was very very very poor. Cheese, sausage and boiled eggs. On top of that the breakfast staff were very very rude and they would rap the remaining...
