"Çift kişilik yataklı oda tutmamıza rağmen iki tane tek kişilik yatak verildi. Odamızı çift kişilik yataklı bir oda değiştirmek istediğimizde müsait oda bulunmadığından talebimiz reddedildi. Ayrıca odamızda sadece tek kişilik havlu vardı. Banyoda duş jeli ve saç kremi bulunmasına rağmen şampuan yoktu. Islak halimle resepsiyona inip şampuan istemek durumunda kaldım ve OTELDE ŞAMPUAN OLMADIĞINI söylediler. Bunun karşılığında bana iki tane saç kremi "ikram" ettiler. Bunun dışında bir çözüm...

"The toilet in our room did not work, we checked in around 2200 and they did not have another room to move us too, so we had to use the toilet in reception. I would have expected a hotel with this number of rooms to have a call out procedure 24 hours a day for facilitiy failures that impact the guest experience, so it was disapointing that the staff on duty did not have any contingney arrangments that allowed them to call a plumber. Otherwise a good location, and a comfortable hotel."

"The hotel was a perfect little hideaway from all the hustle of Yallakavick. It’s a little further out from Bodrum city centre so something to factor in if you want to be making trips to that part of town. But the service is excellent (Shaban basically planned my three day itinerary for me!), the view is beautiful and the bed is incredibly comfortable. A great place to unwind. "

"Very small out of standard beds that you can fall down when you turn around in the middle of the night. AC wasn’t on (broken)while we were there for a several hours, couldn’t sleep night time because of the noise coming from corridor and other guests rooms , called front desk and even than continued, not very happy at all. No laundry service, need to go outside . Breakfast was somewhat ok, recommend go out to have it. Staff was very helpful but very unprofessional. Another confusion point with...
