"The staff were absolutely amazing. They even gave their istkart to my friend during the duration of the trip which was very much appreciated! The room was relatively clean, as were the linen and towels. Location was very good, right in front of the tram spot and walkable to the Sultanahmet area. The rooms next to us were smoking which was coming through the vents - not nice at all. The beds creaked and the mattresses were poor, soft and sunk."

"Staff was very helpful. House keeping was top notch. Where my room was located i could hear people from the outside and every morning i could hear the delivery lorries beeping. Something they cant control was road work at the front of hotel. It's not management it's municipality. Other than that one week stayed was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it."

"It was clean enough, and close enough to everything once we grabbed a ticket for public transit. We arrived early and they were kind enough to allow us access to the room early. "Very noisy stay. Could hear people out on the street up till 3am. The first photo they have used of the terrace is a lie. The terrace was covered in and not like that at all. The receptionist left a very bad taste in my mouth. He was rude and unhelpful. First gave us a room with no air-con. Had to demand for a room change. Would not stay again. "
