"It was clean enough, and close enough to everything once we grabbed a ticket for public transit. We arrived early and they were kind enough to allow us access to the room early. The breakfast was a big selection, decent enough. Things that were less than satisfactory. The AC in our room turned off every four hours- so you had to wake up and turn it back on. "Very noisy stay. Could hear people out on the street up till 3am. The first photo they have used of the terrace is a lie. The terrace was covered in and not like that at all. The receptionist left a very bad taste in my mouth. He was rude and unhelpful. First gave us a room with no air-con. Had to demand for a room change. Would not stay again. "

"Courteous, respectful, attentive service from members of staff. Our room was smallish but nicely decorated. The enclosed, rooftop, glass-roofed breakfast room had views of dozens of shops at anchor on Sea of Marmara— and a nice breakfast. It’s a small property— we appreciated the size. Short walk to the main tram line (cheap & frequent) that takes you the old town sites if you don’t want to walk. We’ll be back."
