"Courteous, respectful, attentive service from members of staff. Our room was smallish but nicely decorated. The enclosed, rooftop, glass-roofed breakfast room had views of dozens of shops at anchor on Sea of Marmara— and a nice breakfast. It’s a small property— we appreciated the size. Short walk to the main tram line (cheap & frequent) that takes you the old town sites if you don’t want to walk. We’ll be back."

"Azim was the best in guest relations. He was concerned about our experience. We stayed for 2 nights and decided to stay for another night and they gave us an upgraded room with a view. The pool was great and the massage was reasonable. Breakfast was great. If we ever return to Istanbul we will for sure stay at the Radisson Inn."

"I made reservatioms for 2 people And I paid for 2 people.. I checked in 1st and my boyfriend was supposed to check in afterwards when he arrived. When I told the front desk that my boyfriend was arriving the guy at the front desk asked me if we were married. I said no and he said my boyfriend could not join me in my room unless we were married. There was nothing in the reservation rules that indicated that guests had to be married if staying in the same room. This should have been made...
