"Nice hotel. Quiet. Great front desk staff. I don’t like the virtual desk staff. The reason I don’t like the virtual desk staff is because they are offshore. The accent is extremely difficult to understand. Had an issue with check in and I finally had to walk away. That’s not how you run a business. Finally a physical person came out and problem solved in two minutes because I was able to understand her. "

"I liked the antique vibe of the hotel, however I feel there are small details that can be improved on. We stayed in the Victorians room. The few hangers provided were old wire hangers that were bent. The small drawer in the bathroom had holes in it. The room was advertised with breakfast and there was no breakfast available. However, the bed was comfortable and the room size was bigger than average. The vanity was big enough to setup my workspace. The neighborhood had plenty of walkable shops...

"This was such a fun place to stay at, with settings all around the property to hangout. The patio area was especially great with various seating areas to enjoy outside. It would be ideal for a summer party place. The family enjoyed it!"
