"Fantastic hotel with a very friendly welcome! Extremely comfortable and spacious room with a great choice offered at buffet breakfast. Hotel is very well placed for immediate access to tube, rail, hop on buses and bus stations......all on the doorstep. We were so pleased with our choice. They even stored our luggage as we continued exploring London after checkout. "

The hotel facilities however (room size/light, communal spaces, extras etc) let it down unless you set your expectations - you are paying for the location and the service, don't expect to be blown away by anything else. For this price a little further out you'd expect a lot more. That said, it's really lovely for what it is."
