"I really liked the room that I rented. I did have some issues with the TV, someone was sent over right away to check it out. The only thing I would suggest is sending staff around to public location to at least keep them straighted up. The night I was there they were hosting events and the next day there was still cups and bottles, chip bags, pizza boxes left strewn about in areas people coming from outside had to walk through to get to breakfast. "The staff here are amazing and the food is lovely. It looks like renovations are underway which is needed as it’s a bit dark and dated. My only comment is the bedding. The top sheets are very thin and not plush like other hotels. Was it a big deal? No as the rooms were nice and toasty. Lovely stay"
