"This place was amazing. Beautiful views right on the beach, clean beautiful rooms with a very nice pool, second floor lounging to view the islands and a dock for boat tours to pick you up. Food was amazing! Breakfast lunch and dinner with lots of delicious choices. Best part was the service from the staff. Kitchen was friendly and made very yummy food. Sergio and Lecrecia were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. They made the beautiful amenities even better. I recommend this place to everyone...

Had four twin beds, toilet was broken in half, water was leaking into the room, had no wifi as described, air conditioner did not work at all, door didn't lock. You can't make this stuff up, it just kept getting worse. Takes to others staying at hotel and they had same experience, so it wasn't...
