"Nothing like it's description, paid for two suites, no description telling you that you have to take a boat to the hotel, when we got there they had one room not in either catigory that we paid for. Had four twin beds, toilet was broken in half, water was leaking into the room, had no wifi as described, air conditioner did not work at all, door didn't lock. "This place was amazing. Beautiful views right on the beach, clean beautiful rooms with a very nice pool, second floor lounging to view the islands and a dock for boat tours to pick you up. Food was amazing! Breakfast lunch and dinner with lots of delicious choices. Best part was the service from the staff. Kitchen was friendly and made very yummy food. Sergio and Lecrecia were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. They made the beautiful amenities even better. I recommend this place to everyone...
