"Nos atendieron bien, pero al hotel tienen que darle seguimiento al mantenimiento. El baño tenía la puerta rota, la puerta del cuarto se tenía que empujar fuerte para que cerrara. La piscina estaba en mantenimiento y nos enviaron a otra de un hotel de la misma cadena eso estuvo bien. Cuando llegamos a la piscina el agua no se veía muy limpia. "

"Ac and shower was great after a long week in the islands . Staff very nice . They sent out my laundry great price . Pool was a nice addition. Only reason not 5 stars is because elevator was broke and carrying luggage to floor 3 was hot and hard. Location is great food and fun and beach right there "

"Very good location with access to beach two blocks away. One block from main road with tons of restaurants and shopping malls. Hotel was very good value for the price. Jesus at front desk provided very good customer service. Will definitely be returning next time staying in Cartagena."

"I spent there 3 nights with my friends during a trip to Colombia. I enjoyed my room. Everything worked well, bed was comfortable, I had a safe and working AC. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Salvator, oscar, Leila and Deyber. Location of the hotel let me enjoy the city walks and reach port for excursions by foot. Airport drive was very short, about 10 minutes."
