"The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10."

Pool area was not very tidy, towels left everywhere as not clear message where to leave them. No conditioner available in gym/pool area, own goal. "Hotel was really accessible from the train station, within walking distance. The staff were amazing, really friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The quietist hotel we have ever stayed in, couldn’t hear any outside noise from room, which was amazing. Only downside the beds, they did tend to squeak. But again the breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and waiting staff were very attentive. Definitely would recommend this hotel."
