"Hotel has been refurbished to give a boutique look. Room was not as clean as previous visits. Fecal traces in toilet and cobwebs in bathroom with crumbs on floor. Coffee tray was meanly stocked and coffee bags were not good. Bed was comfortable and decoratively it looked good."

"Great location in Friar Street the prettiest and oldest street in the city centre, with good cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Quiet. Everywhere is within walking distance. A bit shabby but it’s an old building and reasonably priced for the location and we only slept there, so good value for money"

One night business stay

"Stayed one night on business. Room very nice and clean. Good shower but the screen is too small , so the bathroom floor gets flooded. Nice staff very pleasant to deal with. Rooftop bar is very nice. Would definitely stay here again. "
