"The staff at this property was very attentive. During my stay, there was an earthquake. After being evacuated, the staff assisted us by providing water, chairs and kept us updated on what was happening and when we could return back to our rooms. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Despite being an old hotel the cleanliness and facilities are well maintained. There is however some slight damage (cracks here and there) from the recent earthquake. We travelled with a toddler so being next to a mall was super convenient. "
