"The ladies, on the hotel desk on the Davis wing were superb, always smiling, and helpful. The ladies doing the room cleaning were also very professional, the rooms were always clean and tidied to a very high standard. It's a great hotel to stay in when you are in Bangkok."

"I stayed in the newer part of the property. The room was excellent and spacious. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Provided transportation back and forth to the top of the street was a convenient perk. I'd highly recommend staying at this location. My only complaint would be the pools close too early. It's always hot and a late night dip in the pool would be excellent. "

"Despite being an old hotel the cleanliness and facilities are well maintained. There is however some slight damage (cracks here and there) from the recent earthquake. We travelled with a toddler so being next to a mall was super convenient. "
