"The staff was always gracious and helpful. At times it felt like the place could use some modern touches. The main guest restrooms on the first floor were horrible - hot, stuffy and not seeming to be well kept. The food from room service was prompt, good temperature but not the greatest quality in overall satisfaction. Dinner in the Italian restaurant left a lot to be desired. The lobster was very fishy and tough. The pasta dish was overly salty. The staff was great for what they had to work...

"The hotel is in need of touch, love and care. On the surface it's fine, but when you start looking at the details you'll the the finishes are of poor quality and quite worn. When you enter the reception area there's quite a strong smell of sewer. That said I visited a friend in at least one other hotel and they had the same problem. I was first placed on the twelve floor which had a super strong smell of mildew, and perhaps.even stronger in the room. I did complain and they offered me to check...

"The hotel was in a great location, close to transit, shopping, and the river for ferry or tour boats. Pool was beautiful and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of options. The fitness centre was very good with a wide variety of equipment. We stayed in a “family room” which was a 1 bedroom apartment with in suite laundry, great for travelling with kids. The staff were wonderful. So glad we stayed here. "

"Every thing in the room worked properly, the TV, the fridge, the A/C and the rest of the appliances and services. Internet connection was fairly strong everywhere within the hotel including the gym and the far side of the pool. Everywhere inside the hotel was clean and well kept. Except for the bread, the breakfast was tasty, colorful, nutritious and decently varied without feeling excessive. Coffee and drinks were a good pair with the meal.
