"アジアティーク方面にチャオプラヤー川を見渡すバルコニー（椅子・テーブル付き）があり、非常に快適です。BTSの駅にも近く、ホテルに隣接して、ショッピングモール（スーパーマーケット）、フードコート、屋台もあります。改装もされており（ほぼ終了）、非常に快適です。スタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーで親切にしてくれます。改装後は、洗濯機が部屋から原則なくなってしまった（2ベットルームのタイプにはあるようです）ので、長期滞在の場合、コインランドリーか、Soi2本、北に上がったところにある洗濯屋さんに行くか、、ホテル内のランドリーサービスを利用するかになりますが、洗濯屋さんは、長期滞在の欧米人が多いスクンビットの繁華街とと比べると割高の価格設定になってますね。"

Our washer broke down and the technician came within 15min n replaced another one! Impressed with quick service recovery! Highly recomended... Will definately choose this property for my nx bangkok trip! "

"The hotel was in a good location especially for a newcomer to Bangkok with easy access to all the major shopping malls and transport. Whilst I didn't use the pool, it was a great size and easy to reach on the 4th floor. The hotel was of the usual Novotel standard, clean and modern. The bathroom was easy to use and a good shower. I liked that the hotel hair dryer was not attached in the bathroom and could be used in the main room. My only complaint was the pillows were both hard, but I must admit...
