"The property is dated, however it is cleaned and staffed by a friendly team. The location is good if you are in the Soi 11 area. The hotel is very reasonably priced. I wish the hotel pool was a little bigger and the layout for the breakfast buffet was kinda awkward. But all in all, worth the price "

The staff was friendly especially with our 2 kids (4&6 years old) and was very informative since it was our first visit in Thailand. They had a good selection of food for the buffet breakfast and room service was efficient. Thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff that we came across during our stay. It was our first trip overseas to a foreign country and our kids felt at home staying at Aira Hotel."
