Breakfast was not bad. Check out process was not smooth though, i believe staff at check out desk should be friendly, polite and communicate clearly with the guest. Overall good place to stay in Phuket."

"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...
