"I’ll start with the bad- laying in bed getting ready for bed and a mouse goes running across the floor. I notified front desk and was moved to another room. The good- the staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, and is centrally located to a lot of amenities. "

"The on site restaurant was consistently closed for private events. Staff was friendly enough, but only if I engaged first. Area has lots of shopping and food options, some though are very pricey, so be sure to do your research before you go! Room was fairly standard, clean and comfortable. "

"Harborside was clean and perfect for my purposes. Comfortable and accommodating, the room served its function. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. If you don't care about a view or vast amount of space, this hotel is perfect."
