I found the hotel very comfortable, they provided everything I needed. The night I stayed I got an upgrade to a suite with fireplace which was a nice touch. The location is perfect with everything being on the doorstep.

Loved everything about our boutique hotel experience! My best friend and I stayed in a double queen superior room and it was perfect. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but that felt minor considering everything else that exceeded our expectations! The staff couldn't be kinder or more helpful, the Irving is one of the best hotel bars EVER, and the lobby is just to die for.

Our stay at The Lenox Hotel was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Back Bay, with easy access to the T, fantastic dining, and great shopping. The highlight was our cozy in-room fireplace, which made for an incredibly warm and inviting retreat on a chilly evening. The front desk staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpful recommendations. We can’t wait to return!
