"The house was indeed tranquil and very clean. It included parking and was relatively convenient for our planned outing in Cambridge and our trip to the airport the next morning. The room was quite small, but the shared bathroom was convenient and clean. Before arriving, we received an email from the property informing us that check-in time would be 2 pm, but when we arrived a few minutes before 4 pm, we were informed that we could not enter until 4 (ultimately we got in a few minutes after 4)."

"We were in town for the weekend for a soccer tournament and wanted to stay a bit away and in a beautiful part of the State, we had not been to. Scituate and Bruce did not disappoint. The house is amazing. It is very clean and has everything you would need on hand. The location and Sunrise is beautiful. Walk out the door to the lawn that takes you right to the Atlantic! "Location is perfect, right on the beach, store across the street and walkable to town. Only drawback, which is out of your control, was the massive amount of seaweed this year. But we got past it on our paddle board, kayak and large float."

"This was one of the best Inn’s we’ve stayed in. Elizabeth was so pleasant and warm and the room was perfect. I couldn’t find a single thing that I would have changed or I was not happy with. She has everything you need and it was so comfortable. The area is safe and close to everything. "

"Well, I didn't have big things to complaint about, other than the bathroom zinc, the cold and the hot water cannot mix together. In the zinc, each one located separately. I understand that's an old building, but they still can change certain things. "

"Great and beautiful property! Only downside is during dance competition weekends, adults can’t swim in the pool or even work out in the gym! The whole place is ran by children! Even breakfast is fully packed. I literally chose this hotel for the indoor pool for my birthday in December and I couldn’t even go into the pool because it was packed with children. So if you’re looking for an intimate hotel to spend with your significant other this is NOT the one the go to. "

"The hotel has so much charm, beautifully decorated at Christmas! The beds were very comfortable! Rooms were small but clean. Staff was attentive and helpful. The hotel could use some updating but I wouldn't want it to lose it's old charm. It would be nice if the Last Hurrah was open earlier and a little later, we were not able to have a cocktail there after our show. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Very nice location for this hotel. We enjoyed our room and it was quiet and close to everything. Very walkable and the train station was close. Airport about 2 miles away but 20 mins via cab. No coffee pot in the room however dunkin donuts is 1 block down and there is a little restaurant in the hotel where you can buy coffee. Overall would stay there again! Front desk staff is fabulous!"
