"This hotel is very nice. The location can’t be beat. The hotel staff was very nice, some way more so than others. The valet staff was very nice and professional. The hotel is very clean. Beds were quite comfortable. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to the more “modern”hotels. The bathroom was very small. It did have a very nice shower though. Plan to take the stairs, the one elevator is very slow. The walls are a little “thin”. If you are looking to lounge a spend a ton of time in...

"I loved how it was connected to the Prudential but wished the room was a little bit bigger. The water got hot extremely fast and had excellent pressure, the staff was lovely and pleasant and made the check in process smooth"

"The Copley House was an outstanding stay, loved the little atmosphere of the renovated apartments. Had a bed and a pull-out couch bed. Walk in shower in the bathroom and had a small fridge, microwave, sink, and oven. Didn’t notice until the last day there was plates and silverware! A lot of restaurants, bars, museums, and stores are in walking distance. Overall great stay and will more than likely stay at the Copley House if we stay on that side of Boston. "

"Our stay at The Lenox Hotel was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Back Bay, with easy access to the T, fantastic dining, and great shopping. The highlight was our cozy in-room fireplace, which made for an incredibly warm and inviting retreat on a chilly evening. The front desk staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpful recommendations. We can’t wait to return!"
