"The Edgewater is a very comfortable, clean, friendly property that is located conveniently in central Pismo. The property is old and well-used, but still beloved by many returning guests. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The particular room we were in had a rather loud heater that was not very efficient, so we had to keep it on during most of our visit during a January cold spell. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Madonna Inn. It rained nearly the entire stay but still managed to get some time in at the Jaquizzi! The fireplace in our room made our stay extra cozy. Looking forward to going back again!"

"It's a good place to stay for a night or two. Very much a motel environment that is pretty spartan and a bit dated. Plus, if you stay anywhere near the road (the far end of the property, away from the office), it can be quite noisy. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable bed for the night, it does that well. If we plan to spend a single night in Paso, we'll probably stay here again. If longer, we'll look elsewhere."
