"The cleaner on the 1st floor on 27.04.25 was so lovely and friendly, she saw that we had our hands full when walking past the room that she was cleaning, she told us to wait and she let us into our room. When we left she gave us a big smile and said goodbye, what lovely customer service!"

"Helpful staff. Really useful location with the hotel hoops bus stopping right outside. The breakfast was lovely. My only niggles were the pillows being uncomfortable and the room being very hot, even when using the cooling system."

"I booked the Thistle because of its close proximity to Terminal 5, and I was so pleasantly surprised. From Arrivals, the Pods transport is super easy and quick. I was able to do early check in, and my room was very clean, large, and had everything I needed. I did not take advantage of the restaurant, but it’s available for breakfast and dinner. Getting into London was easy— a 5 min Pod ride back to Terminal 5, and catch the Underground. I will definitely book the Thistle again."

We arrived early after a long overnight flight and the checkin gent gave us our room without having to wait until 3pm. We really appreciated this as we were very tired. I've stayed in other Moxy hotels in Europe and Canada and it seems this is standard service so well done guys. Moxy hotels are a fun, lively place to stay whatever your age. Keep up the great work.
