"The staff were bright and kind when I arrived, the rooms were clean, and there was a guitar amp next to my bed!! It took me about three minutes to work out how to get in the shower and in the morning I couldn’t get the shower to warm up so had to Wim Hoff it, but hopefully that was a one off. Would stay again if I was in that area of London."
