"It's a two star hotel, can't expect much, place is clean clean clean, I gave it a 4 star because the HVAC control panel was very confusing and they get a bit stingy when I was asking for an extra banquet. "

Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff was friendly—a rare and welcome surprise for this type of accommodation in Spain. "Fantastic stay at this hotel in Madrid. Close to the center, either walking or with bus (or Uber/Bolt). Easy access to the underground parking (very secure, lots of space). Very pet friendly! Our dog received a nice soft bed, some treats and two bowls. Comfortable room with a big bed and a nice bathroom (with bathtub). Very friendly staff (thank you Sara)! Highly recommended!"

"This apartment is perfect! Great location -- amazingly quiet at night -- comfy bed, terrific kitchen, high-end appliances, thick towels and fancy shower, lots of storage. Not a huge apartment, but the marvelous use of space makes it seem much larger. Smart TV. Strong WIFI. Groceries, bars, restaurants all around. Lovely walks to all the sights. Highly recommend this apartment!!!"
