"Excellent location. About a 5-10 minute walk from Atocha train station. Restaurants near or in walking distance. Staff were very professional and courteous. Room was lovely and clean! We brought our 2 year old pup and paid 30euros but the staff gave us a doggie bed and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Roof top was closed due to weather but the gym and garden was open. The garden area was beautiful with comfy chairs and tables to sit with family and friends for a lovely evening....

"desk staff has no flexibility dealing with credit card payments over the phone, I had phone issues upon reaching Madrid & the desk agent made me come to their office just to complete the payment process, just plain absurd since the office has my credit card info to reserve the unit, the agent could easily have easily processed the payment & give the entry code for the property over the phone, NO need for a subway ride to the office just to be given the entry code, what a hassle!"

"The property is a bit sketchy. The single bathroom is located just inside the front door. The galley kitchen is tiny. The shower bathroom is fine. The staircase seems like a building site under repair. It’s is definitely cramped and awkward. Checking in was frustrating- the process of uploading all guests’ info and passport photos was very difficult in transit - although customer service was sympathetic and quick to respond. I would not stay at this location again."
