"While this property has incredible potential, it was clearly not ready to be rented at the time of our stay. The host did not even own the property at the time we booked on VRBO. Photos on the listing were renderings and photo-shopped. Falsely claimed sleeping for 16 people. Numerous safety hazards and the majority of the listed amenities were not provided. "

"Castaway Cottage exceeded our expectations! The location is an easy 2 minute walk to the beach and dining is an easy 3 minute golf cart ride. The owners outfitted the home to perfection. We loved our stay and look forward to another visit soon."

"Great location and very cute house with fantastic views. Just wish it was stocked slightly better. One beach chair, one seater kayak. No cooking spray or oil. Only salt and pepper. Deck of cards or other family games? With just a few more items to make this house comfortable for a family, this place would be awesome. For the price, it is a reasonable idea. Oh and the TV didn’t work in the master bedroom."

"Perfect spot for an extended family vacation. Great location, walkable to beach, shops and restaurants. Amazing pool, spa and screened area. Too many amenities to mention but the house is fully equipped for anything. We are planning to return next year."

"Beautiful home! There was plenty of room for gathering as a family to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. The large table was my favorite part of house…a large round table that can sit up to 12 people. (10 chairs at the table) The Eagle’s nest was also a hit with my family. It was so peaceful and it was a great place to watch the sunrise and the sunset. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms…everyone had their own space.
