"Excellent hotel, in central location, walked to all main tourist attractions. Reception staff very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. Bed was a bit hard with 2 single duvets but requested at reception for a mattress topper and double duvet and this was promptly provided with no issues at all. Rooms and all common areas spotlessly clean. Beautiful reception area with plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the complimentary hot drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day. Breakfast varied...

"My wife and I went to Budapest for the Christmas Markets and the Hotel is located directly in the market which makes it an awesome place to plan your excursions from. The staff was awesome. The airline lost our luggage and the desk clerk was kind enough to call the airport and speak to them in Hungarian and insure that our bags would be brought back to the hotel and they were. Overall an awesome experience and we will absolutely be staying here again. "

"I stayed in the apartment with the street view and it was excellent. Beautiful view of O street. There was a balcony too which I would have used quite a bit had my trip not taken place in winter. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and modern. My only (minor) quibble is that I would have preferred to have a TV in the bedroom as opposed to the living room as I need to have something playing in the background while I sleep. "
