"Just had 4 nights, it’s a great hotel a very good sized room, well cleaned and a good breakfast with a wide selection for any taste, a good quiet area within walking distance to places of interest, staff are very polite and professional, I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return should I visit Budapest again "

"While the four seasons chain is well known for their "over the top" service, this hotel and staff take that concept to a new high. their attention to detail, and their true talent at delighting their customers to the point of making each one feel like royalty is truly breathtakingly incredible. they blew us away. this experience is incredible, and a real gift to humanity. thank you. it probably goes without say that the hotel is stunning, perfectly located, rooms incredibly comfortable, public areas are an experience of their own, and Spa services are a true delight, probably the best i have experienced anywhere in the world. this was my second stay, so i can say that this was not a one time luck - they have mastered the hospitality concept and turned it into a science. well done!! we will be back, for sure. "

"Arrived at hotel very early and unfortunately room wasn't ready for us but that was totally understandable and they held our luggage for us. Came back and were accommodated about 1pm which was amazing as we were tired. Accommodation Very large apartment with separate bedroom and living area. There was a bed settee in living area. Two televisions one in bedroom and living area. Fully equipped small kitchenette with hob microwave and dishwasher. Toaster kettle and coffee maker. We did have a look at gym sauna and plunge pool and they looked clean and nice. Assume reviews suggest rooms are a little tired and i would tend to agree on this point but nothing that would prevent me staying here again next time. Staff were always available and very helpful with high level of English. "

"A great location for a hotel, the pre arrival team made me very welcome. Checkin was seamless, room was available at 4pm on the day of arrival. Room was excellent Having eaten breakfast and dinner on multiple occasions I would recommend having some “specials” as the menu is a bit dated. Also the wine mentioned on the menu was no longer available. I also recommend having someone at the entrance to welcome customers in and ensure there is follow-up with the floor staff."
