"Myself and a college stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. As soon as we checked in we realised we had not been provided with any towels We requested towels each day, several times a day. Dispite our efforts for the full 3 days no towels were provided. I have been working here in Budapest for 6 months now and never have I experienced such poor service in all my time here."

The only thing i can say is that event though it was off season and the hotel was clearly not fully booked, they didnt let me extend checkout time even for an hour. "A fab location to stay, easy accessibility to all major attractions in Budapest and excellent location for the tram and Metro links. Room was small but no issue as all we did was wash and sleep there. We paid a little more for a balcony on 9th floor and the views across the city skyline were impressive.
