"Myself and a college stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. As soon as we checked in we realised we had not been provided with any towels We requested towels each day, several times a day. Dispite our efforts for the full 3 days no towels were provided. I have been working here in Budapest for 6 months now and never have I experienced such poor service in all my time here."

"Medos was good a few minor issues, shelf possibly removed from bathroom in both ours and sons rooms, fixing left there. Hairdryer cut out easily and pass card for electricity needed reissue several times. But the staff we helpful willing to help in restaurant and rooms very clean. "
