"We arrived after a power failure (nasty rain storm). Power was back by the time we checked in, but the elevator was not working. That posed a problem due to a family member's health condition. Frank (the host) offered us to switch with a similar apartment across the street with functioning elevator, but eventually we decided to stay with the original booking. "After trying to book another apartment Llona quickly messaged us to inform us that it was unavailable on the dates and offered us this apartment which she also owned.
