"We arrived after a power failure (nasty rain storm). Power was back by the time we checked in, but the elevator was not working. That posed a problem due to a family member's health condition. Frank (the host) offered us to switch with a similar apartment across the street with functioning elevator, but eventually we decided to stay with the original booking.
