"A pretty good apart hotel with amazing staff and customer service. Clean, reasonably priced and based in a good location. The only thing I can point out is it would’ve been nice to have some bottled water available at hand but I suppose that’s due to the fact that water in Hungary is deemed safe to drink from the tap. "

Breakfast had a good assortment of bread and cold meats, hot counter breakfast and plenty of teas and coffees to choose from. "Check in was efficient and staff felt like they wanted to serve you, unlike some places where it feels like you’re a burden. Staff on hand to support you to your room if you need it. The room was well appointed, though both bedside lights were detached from the wall, the TV option to cast from your own device didn’t work, and the shower broke when attempting to use it. All apart from the TV were fixed quickly, though for a 5 star hotel, especially the lights and TV, should have been sorted...
