Gym equipment not well maintained (stationary bike and elliptical); no cleaning equipment, unlike every other gym I’ve ever been to! Floor mats not clean. Sauna out of order- disappointing! Overall, a good stay."

"Although The Intercontinental isn’t the most attractive building, externally, in Budapest; it more than makes up for it with its superb location! Situated on the Danube Promenade, the view of The Chain Bridge and the magnificent, elevated Budapest Castle District across the river, is breathtaking - especially in the evening when the attractions are lit up. The impressive Parliament building is also just a short stroll away. The local area is bursting with options for dining out, shopping and transport links; whether you require the bus, the tram or the metro. The hotel boasts a pool and spa. The breakfast selection is excellent; offering choices of hot food as well as a huge variety of other options to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and efficient."

Side note- Julia at the front desk and Jason at the breakfast buffet were superstars and repeatedly went out of their way. Will return again! "
