"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"The location n the surrounding sights n restaurants were most admirable. Easy to get around with the trains n buses. The bath room need to be renovated, can’t climb in to the bath tub and also it’s too small n slippery, I fell in the tub n hurt my arm , I didn’t dare to take another shower at all"

"Lovely hotel in Jewish quarter of Budapest. Great breakfast choices and lovely clean comfortable bed. We were given an upgrade so slightly bigger room and complimentary macaroon platter which was nice. "
