Also our mini bar had a half drunk Pepsi in it - easily sorted when we spoke to reception but thought this would have been checked. The building is right in the middle of everything within walking distance to all tourist places, excellent restaurants, etc. the only thing I would encourage is to have better firmer pillows. The pillows were poor, and just one per person. "

"My wife and I went to Budapest for the Christmas Markets and the Hotel is located directly in the market which makes it an awesome place to plan your excursions from. The staff was awesome. The airline lost our luggage and the desk clerk was kind enough to call the airport and speak to them in Hungarian and insure that our bags would be brought back to the hotel and they were. Overall an awesome experience and we will absolutely be staying here again. "
