"The property is very neat and clean. There are only 7 rooms. We didn't hear anything from anyone in a neighboring room. The room was as pictured. We did enjoy the breakfast as well. "This condo is clean and functional. Both bathrooms are on the main floor so be aware that people in the upstairs bedroom will have to travel down stairs to use the facilities. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioners worked well. These are older condos right on the pretty and well-maintained Marlin Beach. Building maintenance has their hands full upkeeping the exteriors, common areas and pools from the sea air damage. Like in many places, there seems to be a lack of effective plumbing traps and...

"My family just spent the best week at this villa. It was huge and has the perfect set up for our family. The kids loved the pools (which are about ten feet outside your doorstep) and looking out at the beautiful ocean was such a treat. Miriam was very responsive and met every need immediately.
