"I loved this hostel! It's directly across from the ADO bus station and the collectivo stop, so very convenient. The grocery store is right next door and shopping is just down the street. There were food trucks out front in the evenings and a restaurant just outside the front door. I as a solo female traveler felt very safe there and also while walking around the local area. "I was upgraded to an apartment on arrival which was really welcome after a long flight. The room was clean, everything worked, it’s a 2 minute walk to ADO bus station. All staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. Some noise from the bar below at night but didn’t bother me."

"Nice place with a pool and restaurant and bar"

"I stayed in a private room and it suit me well. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was a little rustic, but the hot water worked just fine. I worked remotely for a bit and the wifi worked great with no issues. The rooftop was a nice touch to spend some time on, and the location was perfect, just around the corner from the waterfront. "

"Staff is very friendly. Location is good, close to a lot of restaurants and a bus station. Great for 1 night. The bathroom shower head needs to be replaced. The toilet seat is removable, it was resting against the wall. The bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. However the room could’ve been a little cleaner. "

"I stayed here with my family, and our expectations were exceeded. We loved the villas, and the grounds were beautiful and tropical. "Hotel needs love , the beach is dirty, not because the hotel they do a really good cleaning every day , but the hotel have a port next to it , and the workers of the boats do not disposed the garbage the correct way. The hotel food is limited but excellent, the proteins are very tender never dry. The entertainment is really good too. "

"First thing first, do it. If you are debating if you should go or not, it’s great. Of course food could be better, drinks & what not but let’s face it the trip is for the littles, right?! Waterpark was fun, hours are 9-5. Kids club, my 8 year old loved. We put her in 1 day from 9-12 with a friend she met. They did sand castles, drank virgin daiquiris, arts & crafts & the trampoline park. (The trampoline portion was an extra $15, but kids club was free) We bowled one day, 1 hour was $60, but so worth it during the day to get out of the sun. No one was in there, tends to get busy after waterpark hours. Night entertainment is so fun! Early entertainment starts around 6:30-7 for kids, then the later it gets seems more adult fun until around 10. Reservations for dinner, good luck. We were lucky enough to get one reservation before 8:30. We ate at the zen, bbq joint, buffet, the score sports bar & the steakhouse. All were pretty good! Very small portions at the sports bar, just fyi. I am not sure if we went when they were extremely busy but this was a spring break trip. We had to reserve chairs with towels by 6:30-7 am to get a spot to sit. The coffee shop, if you want coffee in the morning it’s about a 30 minute wait. Like I said, not sure if this was related to the massive amount of people or this is a normal thing. Check in process takes forever, IF YOU ARE AN EXPEDIA MEMBER you have your own check in line, we did not know this until check out unfortunately. A must,"

5/5 Excellent

"This property was very nice and friendly the only down fall was there was a LOT of children so when u wanted to relax by the pool it was hard. Maybe next time I will try and adults only. The staff were amazing the food at the resort I have to say was the BEST all inclusive food yet. Drink were great room was very nice and clean. Definitely recommend."
