"Every thing was excellent except the beach, beach front was horrible, I never saw a beach that bad before in Cancun and I have been there few times before, stuff is great I would like to said that Oscar our concierge excellent."

"The other half of the hotel was under construction, you could see the constructors working any time, even hanging near your balcony. The buffet did not open all days for dinner "

"Great drinks - better than other properties I’ve been to. The food was also actually really good, including the buffet which is unusual. Normally the buffets are terrible and the restaurants are just okay. The room with the jacuzzi overlooking the ocean was absolutely worth the extra spend, and was super clean. If you have a family, the property was amazing for kids, with a huge treehouse area in the family pool for them, rock climbing, and a zipline area for them. If you don’t have kids, the adult pool and huge hot tub area over looking the beach and ocean was great. The only negative I have if it matters to someone is that there are not as many cabanas on the beach compared to some properties I’ve been to. But, there were a ton of cabanas around the adult pool area. "

"Pros Staff, services and food were great. Cons Rooms are a bit dated. The private plunge pool had chipped paint and broken jets. "
