"Our flight to Cairo arrived at 6am and we got to the hotel at around 8am hoping to at least leave our luggage until we could check in, but the hotel staff was able to check us in earlier which was very much appreciated. "We stayed here for 3 nights and we were very happy with the stay. The rooms were spacious including the bathroom. The rooms are tired looking but we werent bothered by that. The bed was comfy! "Really unsafe place. No hotel but hostel located in the 4th level and the elevator is from 150 years ago with almost no maintenance at all. The below 3 floors look like abandoned. One night we had power cut off for one hour, it was general but we were wondering if this happens to you in the elevator. There is no common area and breakfast is in your room in a small table put in front of your bed. You can listen all the other rooms, toilets and reception."

Simply the best 👌

"Started out as a bit of a disaster as my luggage didn't arrive for almost 2 days but the staff sorted me out with pj's and other essentials to keep me going. The welcome at Kempinski was as always, warm and friendly. My room had a view out over my favourite river, the stunning Nile. I received fresh fruit and sweet treats as a welcome gift,👌. The room was spotless, with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. The amazing staff took great pride in how clean they kept the rooms and always checked to see if you needed anything. Some of the lovely staff on my floor were, Mohammed, Karim and Ahmed just to mention a few. I had executive lounge access which was excellent and it was so lovely to see the wonderful Mahmood who keeps it all running smoothly. For me, from the red ladies team, all the way up to the staff at the rooftop pool, the staff are the best in the world. Making your stay the best it can be is what they do and they sure did .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
