Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the initial greeting at reception with the butler service, to the unbelievable hospitality each staff member provided. Immaculate service by the staff. We arrived early from a morning flight via the U.S. and they not only had a room ready for us within an hour but gave us an upgrade to a higher floor. I have been to Cairo 11 or 12 times. Stayed in various hotels. The st regis is by far the best of Cairo. World class treatment from all the staff. The airport vip pick up, the attention to detail. I wanted for nothing, and felt the treatment was as good as it gets. For me it was worth the time in traffic to get to my meetings in new Cairo. Especially with the maybach car service. First time I felt so rested live in Egypt.
