"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"We had a great stay. Staff was super sweet, however the hot tub/bath tub, was a major let down. It never had hot water and took almost two hours to fill. We tried to fill it 4 different times and always had the same problem. One night we even committed to waiting but by the time the slightly warm water finally filled the whole tub, it was cold. So we didn’t use it (which was a major reason I booked the room) Still the hotel and restaurant was very nice and the view was amazing. "

They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. "The hotel is in a perfect spot for access to the Giza pyramids. It is basically a couple of minutes to walk to the ticket office and entrance.
