"Main issue we had was smoking from adjacent room seeping in from connecting door as well as noisy neighbours. Food is v good however and pool and outside areas all pleasant. Transport onto Cairo sightseeing all easy and cabs etc can be called with ease and quickly. "

"Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved everything about this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made our stay even more special. The location was perfect, and the view of the Nile River was simply breathtaking. "The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "
