The first impression was not great, as we had slight difficulty in finding the hotel. It only has a couple of small white boards on the road, and the entrance itself has a slightly seedy appearance. The ground floor lobby and lift do not inspire confidence. A big problem with those who had difficulty in climbing is that the hotel is on the 10th floor, but the lift goes only to the 9th floor. However, once you reach the reception in the 10th floor, you have a much richer experience, both in the quality of the decor as well as the facilities in the room. The staff are very helpful, all the way from the bell boy up, the food is great and the room is quite good. Our room had twin single beds, not a twin bed, which was a surprise to me, but it was mentioned in the booking when I looked it up-my bad.
The hotel is within walking distance from Tahrir square and the Egyptian museum, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop all around.
All in all, if you don't mind the appearance in the ground floor and have no accessibility problems, I would greatly recommend this hotel.
