"There are multiple Hilton properties in Cairo. Ours was located in Garden City that was convenient to the downtown area with a wonderful view of the Nile. The door staff were very friendly and the security in place made us feel secure. Rooms were very clean with nice amenities available. "

"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"We had a great stay. Staff was super sweet, however the hot tub/bath tub, was a major let down. It never had hot water and took almost two hours to fill. We tried to fill it 4 different times and always had the same problem. One night we even committed to waiting but by the time the slightly warm water finally filled the whole tub, it was cold. So we didn’t use it (which was a major reason I booked the room) Still the hotel and restaurant was very nice and the view was amazing. "

"Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate...

"The hotel is in a perfect spot for access to the Giza pyramids. It is basically a couple of minutes to walk to the ticket office and entrance. The hotel is in the middle of the old streets of Giza with camels, horses and carts mixed in. From the minute we entered the hotel, the staff were excellent. Very accommodating and helpful. "You came for the view, and you are going to get the view. 24/7 views of the pyramid. Stay here for a few nights with a fully packed agenda for my stay. All tour providers showed up with new issues, with starting times ranging from 7pm and as early as 2am. Easy access point. Asrf there to handle you needs night and morning, as well as Rania provided great service. The owner is really nice and hospitable. You will see him around the property asking if your care and needs have been we’ll meet, very humble and caring. Grab a bit to eat up stairs at the rooftop and enjoy the view. "
