Our positive experience started wirh the pick-up at the airport with one of their employees who exceeded expectations by guiding us through the entire airport process and getting us to the hotel safely. "The hotel itself is very nice. The staff is super helpful and friendly. A little pushy with giving 5* reviews . The mosquitoes were a bit much and sitting outside is quite annoying because of that. The access to get to the hotel is a pure nightmare to be honest. Not one taxi driver could find the entrance. It is very difficult to get there. "
