"We stayed here in Nov 2024 for our first 3 nights in Tokyo. Hotel is in an excellent location next to Shinjuku station. The staff are friendly, helpful and English speaking. They sorted out luggage storage and delivery to Kyoto no problem. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Bed was large and firm with space to walk round either side of the bed. We loved that there was a steamer and a range of charging points. The bathroom and toiletries supplied were great. We thought the nightly rate was high for the area but luckily we used hotel.com rewards! Would highly recommend staying here for convenience and comfort! "

The rooms were well designed (e.g., suitcase storage under the bed, lots of nooks to store items) and clean. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. "A longer walk from the train station. The rooms were not the cleanest. We opened the curtain to let some light in but around the windows it was moldy. Thankfully I only stood one night here. "
