"The hotel its self was wonderful, but was slapped with a bunch of unnecessary fees after checking out even though I called to confirm prior to my booking to disclose my person situation. Was advise that it was all well and fine. Only to be a matter of he said she said. So pretty heart breaking as I’m a young and vulnerable woman who has escaped domestic violence and financial abuse to only have been put in the same situation??"

"Quest on William is located in an ideal spot in Melbourne in a business district, meaning that it’s quiet at night and away from hubs of activity. My suite was very comfortable including the bed, and had everything I needed for my stay. The cleaning service for the room was inconsistent during my stay but the room was spotless on my arrival. This did not take away from the enjoyment of my stay and I would highly recommend it. The front desk staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. "
