"We loved loved this property. It was clean, loved the fact they offered house slippers as well as outside slippers. We spent more time out on our full beautiful balcony more than in room. Beautiful landscaping. You can tell they take pride in the rental home. It’s was quiet and laid back for my husband and I. Maid service was awesome. We stayed on that side of island cuz it was my local, and just drove to tourist areas when we wanted to do stuff. Zoo was free and gorgeous, rainbow falls was free and beautiful. Checked out many beaches. Overall everything was wonderful. Even tried to eat mostly authentic local foods. Island breeze luau was a rip off don’t recommend. But it’s a must stay. "The staff was so friendly. There were lots of animals: peacocks, cats, frogs, geese. We loved it! We booked it to be closer to Volcanoes National Park, without realizing there was no road that cuts across. We had to go amidst to Hilo in order to go back down to the Volcanoes, so it wasn't the most convenient, but we loved the vibe!"
