"The property was as advertised, beautiful decor and many amenities plus awesome balconies to sit and watch the sunset. Only issue was the hallway to the unit which had a musty smell but using the service elevator was a way around the smell even though the service elevator had very dirty carpet."

But the unit itself was very well lit, spacious and comfortable. We were in town for a few days and the location was central to everything in Hilo. I would stay here again. "

"The place was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The view from the deck was incredible. With the windows and patio door open, there was a nice cross breeze that kept the place cool and comfortable. We were right next to Carlsmith beach Park where we snorkeled and saw lots of fish and turtles. We slept so well every single night. Randall was easy to communicate with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The property is older but it was a great location right next to the beach. It had a damp smell when we first walked in but we opened the windows and door and it went away. The pool looked dirty so we didnt use it but we saw others who swam in it. Having to use a key to open the elevator was a bit irritating when you have your hands full. Also, this is a non smoking property. If you smoke you have to walk out of the parking lot. The unit itself was great, other then it does not have AC. The...
