"We only stayed at Hotel Gracery because my son is obsessed with Godzilla. So it was disappointing to find out at arrival that the terrace was closed. The room was small, but the location made up for it. It is in a livelier part of Shinjuku, but we felt safe walking around whether it was late at night or early morning. Because of the location we would stay here again"

"The water front view and accessibility to the transit was really nice! The hotel also provides coffee and morning pastries which is very kind. The mattresses are quite firm compared to western mattresses so not the most ideal for people who don't like a firm bed! The family mart being attached and overall location in proximity to so many things but being relatively quiet was awesome."
